Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make my Halloween costume? I am thinking about being one of those Wind Blown Advertising Mans you see on the road. It is an fresh idea, and I suppose it would require a battery powered wind blowing system. Any and all ideas are welcome.

Well, I dunno which advertising sign you mean, but if you're after a comical 'wind-blown' effect, you could try hair mousse, lots and lots of mousse.

If that doesn't work, try watching 'There's something about Mary'

These are the products in question

They seem to require quite a large powerful fan. Perhaps just putting balloons in the arms and move them to replicate the action woul be close enough.

They appear to be a only slightly porous fabric and the fan and battery pack are sown into the backside. From the out side the fan looks like a computer cooling fan, I have no knowledge about the battery pack
