I've been discussing it with my boyfriend and now am looking for programs that will allow me to teach in Japan for a year. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this, and if so, what the best program would be to apply with (Nova, Jet, etc). Thanks!

I can't answer personally, but you may want to visit this blog. (And her old blog with the entries from Japan.) She's pretty cool, if you drop her a note I'm sure she'd be happy to give you any advice she can.

I knew I had a blog from way back that I bookmarked about someone in Japan. Checking the link I'm going to post, I should really have spent more time checking the blog:

If you find nothing else, you will find beauty.
