Last Friday, 4 days ago. I went out to the bar with some friends. And of course there was this girl......
Well maybe I should back up a little bit to earlier in the week. Last Wednesday my friend Mike and I went to apple bees to see a friend of his (Girl in question) She is a bartender there. Now Mike is gay so I know it is strictly platonic with her and him so no issues there. They went to high school together a long time ago. Anyway since she was at work we didn't talk to her all that much and I was having a bad day that day thats why we went out for drinks. Despite the bad day I was feeling much better around here and we did talk a little. On the way home that night Mike and I where talking and, well you know how guys talk and if you don't it can be rather graphic but I have also heard women can be worse. Anyway I was talking big and stuff like what I wold like to do with her, just between friends. Something about motorboats was said. Well that information got back to the girl. Not the really graphic parts but the motorboat part did.
I knew before we all went out Friday that she knew I said that. So for the first 3/4 of the night I didn't talk to her out of embarrassment. I did hit on a different girl but she didn't seem very interested so I gave up rather quick. We where doing a bar crawl down Lyndale in Minneapolis so we hit a couple different bars. When we got to the last bar we had a large booth we where all sitting in. Anyway I ended up sitting right next to this girl and apparently she didn't mind the comments I had made and was using my shoulder as a pillow. And then she ordered a drink said she didn't want it and gave it to me. I don't know if she was buying me a drink since it was the same as the last drink I ordered. After the bar her, Mike and myself went to get Gyros down the street. We ordered our food and we talked a lot more there. She did fondle my arms a little. I've noticed girls like doing that. Anyway we where all pretty tipsy at this point. I think she may have had a little to much to drink that night. The subject of the motor boat came up and she giggled and said I was cool. Then she put her number in my phone.
I walked her home and made sure she made it safe to her front door then went home myself. She was way to intoxicated for me to try anything. I do have morales. So now it is Tuesday and I would like to text her but I can not for the life of me think of anything to say.

Thats more of a wait a month thing and tell her. Not right away. It makes me sound desperate if I'm all like "I got snipped so we don't have to worry about knocking you up".
Either desperate or a pig.

Mac D - how about something along the lines of "Friday was fun. Fancy another drink some time?"

Perhaps I'm a bit dense, but I'm missing something on the whole fathering bit - can that just be left out of the equation completely?
I'm with Stibbons on the basic reply. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

A 1am update.
I was at the bar tonight. Yes on a Wednesday. And the girl was there and it was another group encounter. And I wore my new hat and so far 3/4 girls IRL like it. Only one said it look silly. If you don't know what I am talking about go see my post called "I think we found a winner". Had to much to drink to link it now.
Anyway, The girl that I was talking about earlier in the post seems like WAY to much work. But another girl that was there that Friday night was along tonight. She is rather quiet.
I will add picture since I have a working picture poster website thing on the interwebs here.
Edit: In retrospect I decided maybe putting the picture u was not a good idea. Thank you booze for making me do more not so bright things.
So the girl on the right is the first girl I was drooling over but again way to much work. She doesn't seem like she wants to even casually date anyone. And that's fine, I am always looking for a friend. Now the girl on the left (The one in my hat) seemed to be flirting with me all night despite she is very quiet. After you get enough drinks in her she sings a lot. I learned that Friday but still didn't really talk to her much till tonight. The problem with that is I didn't get her number but she told me to look her up on Myspace. I didn't ask for numbers by the way. So now I find myself in a whole new situation. I think in the morning when I've sobered up can think better. lol

Does the word 'threesome' mean anything to you?
