a) nowhere on land is the probablity 100% for the 40 mph sutrface winds.
b) is that nova scotia that alomast ( but not quite, has 50% probablity for these winds?)
c) looks like a republican sold his soul to the devil for a storm to take out the dems, but as the contract was probably in metric, he got tricked and instead of getting 65 mph winds to take everythin out he only gets 40 mph winds.
d) this reminds me of high school foreign language classes whre you get a picture on a test and tehn have to write a short make believe story about it. If there were two women in the picture, my story would often be about how they are lesbians. ( Lesben auf deutsch, schwul geht auch)
e) ok , this is not more than simpy going off on a tangent.

Earl is a pussy. Bit of rain, bit of a breeze -- nothin' unusual for these parts. Actually, it hung a sharp right once it made landfall on the south shore, and headed straight for Halifax. Them dang city folk is in fer a surprise. Like to see 'em drink their precious lattes in this.
