Best music CD of 2003?

I've got £15 UK (equal to the price of 1 CD) and it's burning a hole in my pocket; I want to buy *ONE* [-and only one, mmkay?] music CD with which to remember 2003.

So... what's it going to be, boys'n'girls?

Phorm an orderly queue...

steve burns - songs for dustmites. yes, steve from "blue's clues." no, he didn't die from a heroin overdose. steve drozd, from the flaming lips, helped him produce his first album...it's really, really good. i saw him live last month, got his guitar pick, and got to hug him. he's a really fantastic guy, and the record's put out on a non-RIAA-affiliated label...so give him your money.
