I'm fainally getting a few scaly (and furry) friends to co-habitate with.

a wonderful cat (grey american short hair) and three goldfish.

I'm debating whether to name my cat Kafka or El Che. Napolean, Jello and Loki are all happily swimming about their aquarium. My friend's cat just had kittens and the one i've claimed is still with its mother-dear. teehee i'm actually giddy, its kind of scary actually

call the cat kafka. it's definitely a gray-cat name. che would have to be an orange tabby. [nods] and yes, i acknowledge the fact that that made no sense whatsoever.

Actually, (well up until the part about the orange tabyy) it did kinda make sense in a way...i dunno kafka = gray cat, i do see some sort of weird logic in it. but then again el che was so cool, i'm sure he'd be please as punch to have a cat named after him

note: for all you capitalistic corporate slaves out there Che Guevara was an argentinian revolutionary who fought against the tyranny of a corrupt government that oppressed the 'common man' and spawned a movement against such oppersion worldwide.

unfortunately his iconic life and death have been commericallized; t-shirts, posters and the like all serve to put money in the pockets of the rich that 'El Che' once fought so hard against.

damn my wandering mind, i've gone offtopic in my own thread, after only one reply!

hmmm i wonder if my flame shield can withstand 'damn pinko commie' posts...

grey cat, eh? I do like Kafka, though how about Gandalf? Wasn't he grey too? And who knows, maybe one day your cat will turn white!

I'm sure your cat will permit you to call it anything that pleases you, so long as you take proper care of it. That means, of course, that you must worship it and do whatever it asks: for that is the nature of the feline/human symbiosis.
