Hmm, read this on slashdot and fark, so I can recycle all the funny/insightful comments from there.

Like the one saying that they were just trying to simulate the conclusion of the duel at the end of Ep III [Wink] [evil]

I read in a different article that it wasn't just petrol they used ... it was petrol mixed with dish detergent, aka poor man's napalm.

The fact that they were trying to have a duel with glass tubes...

If nothing had shattered and blown up, well, they would have been lucky.

I mean come on. Common sense, anyone?

I don't think I'd go to a medical facility called "Herts Hospital," for fear they'd take their name too literally. "This might hert a bit..."

Actually it's short for Hertfordshire and is pronounced hearts. So following your logic, a good place to go for angina.

I used to live in the same town as Deborah Heart and Lung Center (pronounced de-bor'-ah, not deb'-er-ah like a woman's name). On the front of the building was a sign saying "The Lesser Pavilion". I always wondered where the "Greater Pavilion" was, since the sign was on the largest builing on the campus. It turned out to be a family name or something like that, though.
