So most Cellular users see plans for Talk, Text, & Data. Observations, I use a Novatel 2200 MiFi, as a modem. I have noticed that during the times that the School buses are on the road, Download speeds take a real hit. Lunch time and after school hours, through put again takes a serious hit, sometimes speed falls below that of dial-up.

Has anyone else observed this phenomenon?

A bus-full of kids fiddling on their smartphones will put a pretty big load on the nearby cells. Multiple buses in the same area will just magnify the effect.
