This is apparently a couple of years old, but I ran across it recently, and found the lecturer, Mr. James Duane, to make a very logical legal argument for why a person should never agree to speak to the police (using their protections under the 5th amendment to the US constitution). Half of the lecture is handed over to a police officer who agrees and expands on what was said. I really didn't expect the video to be so persuasive.

There is a comedian, (I can't remember who), who said of his arrest - I had the right to remain silent, but no longer had the ability.

I had seen that years ago ( 2008 I think) but it is always good to have a refresher. this and cris rocks "how not to get your @$$ kicked by the police" are two essential videos for dealing with the police.
