Unfortunately, like the bottom of that article says, when their account is cancelled, someone else will always be willing to pick it up.

Yes, but ISP's who allow Spammers will become more and more marginalised. Notice how the Spamhaus threat of delaying or disallowing legimate email from Spam friendly ISP's had the desired result and so quickly too. IMHO this really is a victory.

Yes because that is the new cool thing to do you see lol once is not as effective as doing it twice. There for in order to get your point accross about loling you have to put it in there multiple times [Big Grin]
