This is one of those sites with shocking videos and stuff: http://www.shocku.com/indexafp.php

The kinda site that makes you wonder whether you'd rather be covered in bees: http://www.shocku.com/indexafp.php?id_actu=149

or

mauled by lions: http://www.shocku.com/videos/index....v&beg=12&test=3

so... which is it?

Huh? One of those links must have been wrong. Those really were pics of a guy covered in bees and a video of a dude being mauled by a lion. But, I think I know what photo you are referring to. That site has lots of juicy tidbits that I like. Most shock sites have videos I've seen hundreds of times, but not that one, I guess they need lots of new material becuase it's going to be a newsstand magazine soon.

I sent that bee photo to a friend and he said he'd seen live video of the event. Apparently the dude just jumped off the Japanese flag and stomped all the bees off in one deft motion. So, yeah, unhurt. Though look closely at his hand in that photo - looks uncomfortably red to me. He did it out of a protest, trying to draw attention to his issue of not having the island he lived on being owned by Japan.

I'm a total sound geek and this one is too funny: http://www.shocku.com/videos/index.php?v=949&r=ins&o=nouv&beg=

Yea, I saw the video for the bee guy. He said he got stung a bunch of times, but it just hurt, and didn't kill him or anything, he just jumped off of a platform, and the bees came off.
