A clown moved into a new apartment block that was built especially for circus performers. He was very pleased with his apartment,the kitchen was modern,the bedroom was comfortable and the lounge spacious. The only problem was that despite it being fully equipped with appliances there wasnt an ironing board. When the clown mentioned this to the landlord he said "you have to use the window ledge like all the other clowns". "But the lion tamer and the juggler and the fire eater all have ironing boards!" "You still have to use the window ledge,it's in your contract" said the landlord pointing to the relevant clause which read....
"Every clown has a sill for Ironing..."
