first, a warning, people are going to yell at you for asking help on a homework problem here.
Second, your best bet for help is not to simply state the problem, many people here could easily do your homework, but to explain what you have tried and what your thought process is. Then, we would not do your homework; but maybe help you with your thought process.
third, while the internet is a great place to look up information, I have always found reading my textbook to be the quickest way to an answer with such very specific problems like this. ( as the textbook was written to train you to to the homework)

on a tangent,
How is more than half odf the male perch population 7? that seems suspicious, and how do the know thier age, What does the female perch population look like.
I think someone is fabricating scientific data here, but to what end???

Probably toward the end of writing up a learning exercise for students.
Or maybe the data is from a lake where there've been some environmental issues. Over-fishing, maybe. Or something got introduced that eats the young. In any event, there's a bit of a leftward skew there and that isn't healthy (no, I didn't do the kid's homework for her...I just looked at her data).

Well, a pure copy/paste wasn't done: http://snipurl.com/1lj6l2 http://snipurl.com/1lj78a

Oh damn it.
I found the graph & answer. [and source]
I suppose my anti-plagiarism skills cut both ways...against students, and lazy profs.
In the unlikely chance the original poster returns (or the prof.), I'm going to take an educated guess at this bit of advice (courtesy Google translate): Huwag impostor.
