My friend got robbed. I don't want to lost my games if i get robbed. I have a Powerbook w/DVD writer, a legal copy of Call of Duty (mine) and Toast 6. And a blank DVD.

how do i make a back up?

OK. Here is what I would do.

Place both disks in the drive simultaneously. Make sure your original is on the top.

Start Toast

And tell it to copy.

Done

Silly, a copy of a DVD takes longer than it takes to make toast, more like start preheating the oven.

If the CD is lost, so is the key. Just buy the CD off ebay from a reputable seller.

Why doesn't your friend ghost his HD so that if this happens again he can go back to original settings.
