can some1 pls help me???!

ive never got this thingy to work! ive been to zecaland.com and did everything i was told to do there but this thingy just wun work
and so iam just trying my luck here i was wondering if any have this webcam MV402 and noes how to get it to work

We need a little more than "It does not wun work."

ive installed the program and the driver but then the screen is black
as in like the camera is not working
but the red light on the cam is lite
many other ppl have the same problem as me

Have you removed the lens cap?

All the complaints I see online with this?? I say return it! Too many are having the same issue and it looks like there is no type of support from the manufacturer either. Not good business in my opinion. [Roll Eyes]

Have you tried soaking it in a bucket of warm, soapy water overnight? This is also good periodic maintenance for your mom's cell phone...  -
