See, I knew it. With all the drama and inconvenience of the transition from .Mac to MobileMe on Friday, they are extending current customers subscriptions for another thirty days. See, they truly care about our satisfaction. And to think some of you doubted them. Shame, shame.... [shake head]

Considering what the issue was and the number of people affected, I'd say it was their lawyers who cared first.

But, hey, I do have to agree, geekygoddess. From my own experiences, Apple does care more than other companies. I'd share my horror stories of dealing with HP, but, don't want to bring this thread down.

Hahaha...sure they care. Along those lines, I'll be nice and not share my Apple horror stories.

I just got back from Apple, and that place was a FREAKSHOW!!!! There was a 2 1/2 hour wait for the iPhone, which I was going to get until I noticed that line:( So, on a lighter note, they replaced my battery, and fixed my key:) Yay!!! I guess I will be waiting, yet again. Maybe this is a sign...
