This is probably very weird and I expect I am the only one.I don't keep a diary or a journal I keeep a sketchbook, it's full of my thought down on paper as drawings not writing.I often draw people I know as manga characters I guess I prefere drawing to writing.
Does anyone else do this?? [Confused]

I dont, but that is a really cool thing...

personally i can't draw, tried a diary couldnt keep up with it...

even though i never had the...umm...will power(?) to keep up a diary, i really enjoyed it because i could just pour out my torubles onto a useless piece of paper.

I keep a 'diary' of sorts filled with written entries, photos, cartoons and sketches I've drawn, newspaper clippings, scents rubbed on the pages, random movie-stubs, take-out menus, ripped labels, post-its, bits of cloth, fiction and non-fiction that I've written and quotes from things I have read... anything and everything, really. I think it is pretty common to do that sort of thing, and it's not something to consider as 'weird', but rather it's really cool... the way you keep a diary shows a lot about the way you think, in my opinion, and that ranges from scrapbooks to photo albums to filofaxes to blogs.

Yeah I do that too, though its not so much a journal as I don't really do it often. But sometimes when emotions build up I will just sit and draw something to get them all out onto paper. Mostly its when I get to feeling depressed, angry, or just bad... though there are a few very precious ones inspired by particular loves. Of the rest of my drawings some express other feelings or ideas and many are just for fun.

I have notebooks I write random scenes from stories in when I travel (when I'm home I just use my computer).

Ricegirl, you can't be too weird. One of my sisters does that too. Some people think in words, others in pictures.
