____ Back story about five years ago the Mrs and my self bought a Mattress and Inner spring from a Large Chain store here in Mich. We were not happy with it and worked out a return for an upgrade, that too was not as satisfactory as we would have wished. When we approached the store again the floor clerk was very huffy and said she had a message from the manager that we could not get an adjustment or upgrade. This after having used this chain for twenty years.
____ Thirty minutes ago I received an automated call from that store, when I hung the phone up it started ringing again, hang up again, rings again, hang up the third time and it rings again, on the fourth hang up did not ring again. I then go on-line to find a contact number, they will not answer, so I spend thirty minutes getting through to these clowns to be put on their DO NOT CALL LIST.
Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
