Some of you may remember my telling of Mrs Druid's remission from her kidney illness.

Well, it didn't last. Her kidneys have officially failed, and today she was admitted to hospital to be prepped for a transplant tomorrow.

This is scary.

We will be thinking of the Druid family over the next few days, and counting on that socialized medical system to do its best.

Get well soon Druidess [thumbsup]

Scary indeed.

Here's hoping the evil socialized medical system gets Mrs Druid home safe and well in time for Christmas.

Clan Druid, including the little ones, will be in our thoughts.

Getting a transplant sucks, but not as much as the alternative. I hope everything works out well for you.

Just talked to Mrs Druid on the phone, she sounded well, and pleased with how things have gone so far.

I'll be taking the druidlings in for a visit this afternoon.

Just got back from visiting Mrs Druid.
She's looking tired, but well, and all the test results so far look good.
