I found something interesting last time I went shopping and I thought I would share. What kind of sheets did you have on your bed as a child. I had star wars sheets. My sister had rainbow bright sheets. What about playboy sheets for a child? Kids like bunnies right?
 -

The sign above says childrens bedding. I think that some employee just decided to consolodate the rest of the playboy sheets onto this rack. I really hope that they were not selling these to children. But then on the other hand, what could it hurt.

But think of the children!!! Who wants your children to sleep on such horribly ugly 70's sheets? [Wink]

Could be a translation error, someone confused 'baby' and 'babe'. [crazy] [Wink]

I hate to brake it to you, but our world is sick. And yes those were most likely for children, this is the time were little girls run around in halter tops and low-rider jeans and mini kiddie thongs.

On a side note, I had beauty and the beast sheets and Snow White. [Wink]

Are you trying to be an ass, or were you just born that way?

Or, are you simply just trying to be funny and failing at it?

Because I'm confused as to the message you're trying to present, do you agree, or disagree? Really you should be more clear. [Razz]

I deserve this running off on a tangent like I did. Good thing they were here to curb my behaviour.

Lemons___________Some of us around here fail horribly at saying things funny so we pun instead. That or they all hate me and every time someone writes something bad about me my brain protects me by making me believe it was a pun.

edit:
see, I told you we (i) were (was) bad with saying funny stuff.

Well, I guess some of us just get a little tired of typical spelling/grammar mistakes.

To be serious, it's just a little bit of a barbed joke. Sometimes you'll get one of those when you make spelling/grammer errors around here, no matter how long you've been around. (since any post on this topic should have at least one error, I intentionally inserted one) [Wink]

I don't find the number of girls that wear revealing clothing to be too high, just a few here and there. I'm more disgusted with the girls at the bar who wear short dresses and no underwear. Either way, all that Playboy stuff is really tacky anyways. Why not have sheets with genital prints or sell shirts that say "prostitute" or "cum dumpster" on them? Isn't that what Playboy is all about anyways? At first, women thought Playboy was something that liberated women, but I personally find Playboy to be mostly tasteless and dull (after watching the Playboy porno awards, it became even more obvious that it was all garbage). Anyways, how many tangents did I go on there? I'll stop now...

Well, once upon a time, back in the 60s and 70s Playboy was where male high fashion (like GQ), geek hobbies (RCs, stereos, movies), avant garde literature, and artistic nudes were showcased. They had all the best authors and the most important people (from Henry Kissinger to Arthur C Clarke). It was a major cultural force.

Then, Heff stepped down, and his daughter took over. The woman has no taste, no fashion sense, no concept of what is and is not art. She is just following Larry Flynt around and trying to make Playboy into Hustler. Around the mid-90s she succeeded, and now it's just crap.

My 2 bits [Big Grin]

Ok, enough detour [Wink]

I have to agree with WS -- there was a point where it glorified the sensuality of the woman instead of competed with Hustler for "wildlife shots".

Gorgeous art, the BEST interviews, and reviews.

Um. I can see why you're so "honked" though, about the post-Hef magazine [Big Grin]
