I guess I'd consider The Youngbloods' "Let's Get Together" to be a tad more peaceful. Of course, now that I thought about that song, that's what's running through my head right now.

I adore that song, I could listen to it again, and again, and again, and again. In fact I usually do. [Wink]

Oh indeed, we actually went to see Chess: The Musical, when it came to Minneapolis. Not the best musical out there, but definitely a good time! [thumbsup]

Starlight- Muse

It suits me right now, dreamy, looking foward, and thinking about the past and what NOT to do again.

Sometimes Attrition has violins in the background. Those sound just like the ones in my head. Die Form also has good back-ground violin. I like violins, they're hot, sexy instruments, says I. I tend to look for modern music that incorporates classical instruments.

Right now I'm listening to "Party time" by 45 Grave. It'll do.

Oh, wait, "Need you tonight" by INXS just came on. That's good, too. Memories...

Forget about the boy from the musical Thoroughly Modern Millie... I suppose that's what you get for spending 8 hours at school rehearsing said play...

Since last week, I have been listening non-stop the GITS:SAC OSTs at work. Yoko Kanno is my new music hero. Her jazzy tunes are especially nice to my ear.

AC/DC - Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution.

Whenever the weather warms up like this, I like to crank something heavy, roll down the windows, and fly down backroads.

Makes driving to/from work bearable.

Paul van Dyk - Live at Rosenmontagsrave 11/02/2002,
specifically,

10. Blank & Jones - Desire (4 Strings Remix) /
11. Aquanuts - Deep Sea (Martin Eyerer Remix)

This, and the contemporary Sunshine Live show from Vandit HQ, take me back a little bit and reminds me of a certain woman here at Geek Culture. Some memories just don't want to die.

You're not the only one with bad taste, so don't feel too bad. I own a copy of "You Broke My Heart in Seventeen Places."

Right now, however, I'm listening to Fatima Mansions' "Viva Dead Ponies" album.
