To top of a fantasically shitful week, I just had the dubious joy of breaking up with my girlfriend of the past 8 months.

I hate days that end in y.

Just remember, as human eyes can only percieve red light about 30 or so fathoms through water, just because you don't see it, love is out there. Or something like that. (Don't quote me on any of that, statistics or otherwise scientific or anecdotal evidence is completely pulled out of ass, take for the merit of the meaning, if any are found.) Just make sure you're not seeing TOO much red before you go looking, that's not a good sign.

In other words Scarbingercozenklauff-fitzgeraldklein, cheer up, and drink that mother loving Grappa macmcseboy just poured. It's gotten me through everything ... (dies of liver failure, at this age? wft!?~)

Things work out, as much as I hate to admit that fact to myself and others, they do. So take the drink, feel bad today, and hope that tomorrow is better. Because in the end, that's all there is to do, hope.

I've found that everything always works out in the end. However you feel right now, just remember that it will get better. There is always someone who has it better off than you, but there are always someone who have it worse off that you. Be thankful for the awefull stuff, because without it you wouldn't know that there is good stuff...

What I find odd, is that you see pictures of places that are "worse off than us" and you still see people smile. Then you see us who have "the hight standard of living" and you see all these people walking around like they are half dead. You just have to ask yourself, what do they know that we don't? I think the answer is fairly obviously a perspective. We seem to never be satisfied because we always want more and we're too caught up in getting things that don't make us truely happy, "when it's not the little green sheets of paper that were unhappy in the first place." I don't think we need to nail anybody to a tree, we just have to take stock of the real stuff we do have to be thankful for... The people who we care about and who care about us; past, present and future.

Alright, you've had a crappy week... So what?
You've just ended a relationship, and your hurt... We can relate, we've all been there. What did you come out of the relationtionship with? Take some time, lick your wounds. Then, get back out into that wide world. Life's to short to stay in this "my life sucks" mood for very long, and while your in it, your mission out on life. Carpe Geekium!
