Story to make any geek exceedingly jealous... which is why I'm posting it. Also... kinda leaves hope for all those lonely geeks.

Before two weeks ago, I was alone for six months. Six months without any real caring towards me, six months without any physical affection, six months of hell. For those six months almost all of my friends we're looking for a girlfriend for me, and they all failed. But, three weeks ago I meet my friend Shannon. A week later she introduces me to her best friend Jenna. Now I have a girlfriend.

And what a girlfriend she is. She's really hot, incredibly cynical (a personality rivaling Daria), and... the kicker...

She likes Quantum Mechanics.

I'm already in Love [hearts] [hearts] [hearts]

I believe you! Some friends are way cooler than others, eh? I met my current "boyfriend" through a job finding website. (Mind you, it's for employment for BDSM/Fetish/PSO work) Nonetheless, he's a boyfriend. And now you have a girlfriend! Yay! No more hell for you! Weeee!

OK, now I'm confused. How did we get from my comments to Jace being afraid? Anyway...

I'm comparatively ex-less, myself. Well, the way things are going I'm going to have an ex-wife in however many months time, and there was one girl in high school who I sort of went out with for a week. Well, actually, she asked me out, and I accepted. We held hands a couple of times (at school), and that was about it (didn't date, or kiss, or anything). Then she started going out with one of my friends within the next few days.

Somehow I think I made the right decision on that one, though. She prefaced asking me out with "I'm really desperate", which I wouldn't think would be a good sign [Roll Eyes] Obviously I was even more desperate considering I said yes. Glad that relationship didn't go any further.

So, the next time I offer any relationship advice on here, take it with a grain of salt, since I seem to be completely clueless, myself [Big Grin]

Aww, poor baby, six whole months without physical contact. It's been a year and a half for me (I'm sure everyone here wonders why [Wink] ), and I'm sure several people here have beat my record.

I wish I had more money, so I could afford a hooker.

Or at least rent a sheep from Spungo.

Slurpy! You're always welcome to La Casa de Lumina, where the service is fast, and so are the ladies! [Wink] I don't have sheep, but I do have cats. Lots and lots of cats. I'm not a hooker, but for $10, I'll go to your house, get drunk and dance around for your amusement. I'm all yours after I black out. [Big Grin]

Anyway, It's 6 months since I've had any contact with anyone, I imagine that will change soon now that I have a boyfriend. But I guess I'll save myself for a geeky stud.
