I though you could only change one letter?

If "club" really is the current word, then club -> clue.

Correct, only one letter. The current word is still "grub".

Definition, please? I don't find this listed in any dictionary as an English word; I believe the English spelling of that Greek character is "san". At any rate, "tsan" isn't in the English dictionaries so may not be an eligible word.

I've searched through numerous regular, Scrabble, and crossword dictionaries and don't find "tsan" as a legitimate English word (rule #4). Assuming this will hold up, "tsar" is the last word in play so I move...
tsar -> osar

If "tsan" is accepted as eligible, then my move is...
tsan -> than

TSAN (The SysOps Association Network) was an underground network of bulletin board systems that shared an interest in phreaking, hacking, and cracking. The network was especially active in the late 1980s, when it linked the message and file boards of several hundred bulletin board systems via Fidonet.

It's not an English word. Instead an acronym, to the best of my knowledge.
