I have a new copy of Vista Home Premium that I'm willing to sell or trade.

Never been installed. Used only once to recover the MBR on my laptop.

I'd be willing to trade it for just about anything or about $75USD.

Very flexible on pricing. Dont want it and want to get rid of it.

EDIT: I dont know what the resale policy for Microsoft is so if I can't sell it, I'd be willing to trade.

You'll pay me $75 to take it off your hands? Hmm...

Nah, I'll pass, thanks. [evil]

Good luck with that. I have two still-sealed copies of Vista Ultimate that I can't even give away! [evil]
*wanders off to ebay to see if anyone has had luck in getting rid of any there*

My girl wants Vista on her Lappy. But it is too underpowered for that. And I have access to MSDN stuff.

Hey now. It's pretty. What can I say. I'm attracted to shiney things, like a small person, or a troll.

Oh c'mon, it's not that bad. I prefer Linux, but I've been using Vista since it was in beta.

I certainly wouldn't call Vista M$'s crowning achievement. It is pretty solid though. Things do 'just work' well mostly. My biggest gripes is that it takes a lot of horsepower to do what it needs to do. Though, how else do you get people to buy new hardware?

With Mac people it is easy. Toss in some new shiny piece on the system, call it special, charge way too much for it. And the elitists must flock to be different just like everyone else. [Wink]

I only use Vista because I have tools that I have to use with Windows. Plus I am testing Windows software. But all my personal stuff is still OSS all the way.

I recently did the upgrade from Vista Ultimate to XP SP3. I must say, with Vista, things did just work but if you wanted to do anything other than the norm it was like fighting a rabid bull. XP though, while everything might not 'just work' everything will pretty much eventually. and it runs pretty smooth.
