That's really cool! I especially liked seeing the production numbers of bikes/computers/cars.

Well, yeah, except it seems to be a bunch of statistics chosen specifically to make us feel guilty (divorces, abortions, oil produced, earth temp, etc.) with each value increased at a constant rate. I would be more impressed if it was updated daily with real numbers.

+3 points for UI design
-10 points for poor execution

I thought the deaths part was interesting, along with the population statistics as a whole. I have to agree with Ugh, though. I can't come up with any reason why "Mothers Die/Abortions" isn't located with the other death data, or why it should be a seperate statistic from other surgical procedures, unless they mean illegal abortions, in which case it should be labeled as such. Or why they included divorce but not marriage and illegal immigration but not legal, or any emigration stats.
