Not the "Martin Eyerer Remix?" That is a nice mix.
I'll put that on after the current song: Red Hot Chili Peppers - Easily.
P.S. I'm also listening to my hard drive churn like crazy as I'm moving files - Knoppix is great, I can totally reformat my hard drive and listen to MP3s over the network at the same time, and do IM... and make this post.

Nope, not the Eyerer remix.
Super hard disc scheduling? Hrm... does an old PC with a dead Zip drive count? Thus, I am not listening to my MP3s, although I can't anyhow as this lab does not have Windows Media Player either.
[Edit: *time passes* Veit - Sky [Magik Muzik mix]. Hrm...seems SoulSeek is blocked somewhere now, either in here, or across the campus as a whole...]

When I checked this thread yesterday, the last message was "The Doors - The End". And I was hoping it would stop there, since there's a Part II. Alas.
ObMusic: last song on the CD player this morning was Tori Amos - I Can't See New York. (Actually Mrs. Jesus had just started, but that doesn't count.)

Mrs Jesus...? Heh, you've found my mate =) Just kidding...I got my biggest Jesusing yesterday (the act of someone calling me Jesus, etc; to quote the priest from Spaceballs, "It's the hair [and beard]").
mmm...tune? Sylver - Skin (Velvet Girl remix). Not as good as previous ones I've heard - just hoping to find some more good Velvet Girl tracks.
Dead? No - I see no point in posting here if not to lengthen the topic With most topics where facts are offered, this included, people just post, and no-one shows any visible notice of it (i.e. comments on earlier posts). Seems kinda pointless, really, so all that's left is length, and I like making and seeing things grow in size and greatness. Sort of.

I'm listening to the Anti-Christ Superstar album right now. I'm on "Man that you fear", track 16. After that it's silence...sanity restoring silence...then on track 99 a bunch of subliminal messages about some good stuff. Before that, Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon", but just "Time" over and over again. I love that song!!! Now I'm going to listen to Portishead. I like Portishead. I like saying the word, "Portishead". My friend wants me to listen to this Alice Deejay CD mix, but I'll listen to it later. It's late and I have to wake up early to wake up the rooster to wake up the rest of the barrio. ---with "western eyes", C.P.

Hrm, I thought I'd lost out and that this thread was in rigor mortis, and that I'd stop posting tunes...seems not, so I'll add Paul van Dyk live at Gatecrasher NEC, April 02. Dunno what track it is, might be the unknown one. *shrugs*

I am listening to the Sounds of Silence. No, not the Simon and Garfunkle song . . . the actual sounds of silence.
(How in the world did this thread make it to 16 pages? It's a decent topic, but this is one long thread!)

The thread is long because most times people log in to GC, they're listening to a different song - heck, they listen to a whole variety of songs during one session. So you get multiple posts... you don't even have to think of something witty and clever to say - you just stick down a song title And if you're bored, it's easy enough to just post here again... that's why
And I would be listening to Bob Dylan - Fourth Time Around

The title tune to the Pinball Fantasies soundtrack, that Chris gave me earlier. Mmm...Amiga MOD
Yay, thanks for bringing some life back to the thread, sky
Tune change - "fred grey - mutans.mp3" - from a NES game, or something - sounds Amiga-ish, though, with a tinge of console and a tinge of BBC Micro.
