Yay, yippee! Come celebrate! I'd say more but I'm off to read it now. Be back later.

S & N, thank you very much for heeding our supplications, and taking the time to give us this toothsome treat!

I'm wondering what this exciting new project you are working on is. Could you perhaps tantalise us further with a cryptic clue or two? [crazy]

I had no idea that Kurt's was near a body of water! It seems that the places in AY2K are a lot like Springfield on the Simpsons. It's near whatever you need it to be.

And Simon is victorious! Or is he...

PB!!!! That's the river that Dude and Relic paddled up to bring the Geek to Kurts in the first place... and the scene of many a battle... Geeks VS Martha Stewart
... ah so many good times... [Smile]

but what we didn't know is that it is 20 leagues deep. [Wink]

D'oh! I should have remembered the river. [shake head]

But 20 leagues is pretty deep for a river. That's something on the order of 60 miles. [Razz] I don't think even the Mississippi or the Amazon reach that depth.

How many fathoms are in a league again?

20,000 leagues, eh? Jules Verne would be proud. This whole AY2K episode is becoming as long as the uncut version of Das Boot.
My guess as to what the project is: The Cult of Mac book. [Wink]

Woooo!!! Go simon! I love it, but have one minor nit-pick.... a league is not a measure of depth, but of length. Depth is measured in fathoms.

Other than that, WOOOOOO!!!! Another AY2K!!! *tries to do the cabbage patch, but has all the dance rythum of a fallen tree*

52,800 fathoms is a little bulky. I'll stick with 20 leagues. [Wink]

I think the last episode of AY2K was late October. Maybe November, I'm not sure.

I have a big book order and want to save on shippin, I know it means it won't be autographed, but the shipping is going to be faster (You're shipping from Canada, neh?), and I have a lot of books I wanted to order anyway, this is just another excuse [Smile]

Thanks X, [Smile] it's been a long road, but it's taken us where we'd hoped... (JoT was specificly created to make the leap to publishing.)

Dual: Yep, Amazon will undoubtable ship first and fastest. If you're looking to get it asap, order via Amazon.

Thanks GMX! Yours was the first Super Lucky one, which means it will be dipped in the Vat of Luck first, which means there will be so much luck in it you'll almost need to be a licensed Leprechaun'ian to use it!
