and /me is crying,
'cause I couldn't go this year,
and not for lack of trying! [cry baby]

(one day I'll tell you about the event Nitro and I were hoping to throw, but Macworld Expo passed on. [shake head] )

Ya gotta love the night-before-frenzy that settles over the Mac Web. Let's hope Uncle Steve doesn't disappoint, although that's going to be hard with all the hype out there.

Looking forward to ordering an Apple HDTV, the super iPhone/mini computer/mobile device, and an HD iSight and HD iTV. [Big Grin]

Meh...sorry Snaggs...

But hey...the spin you can turn around is technically more powerful than Steve's. [Razz] With your copy & Nitro's vectors/pixels, you can create things that are not otherwise possible. Talk about a reality distortion field! [Big Grin]

Man! Is this exciting or what?!? I hope we aren't all just teasing ourselves. That news/rumour about the WSJ announcing Apple's partnership with Cingular gives me shivers.

I can't wait!!!!

The time difference is killing me but it works out pretty well because 9AM San Fransico time is 5PM Dublin time and I'll be just home from work then - so I can kick back, crack open a beer and get my 'Apple-R' fingers ready.

This is better than Christmas!

And *dang* does the iPhone look slick. I hope it still looks as good when the Kool Aid wears off! I want one even though I refuse to pay for a cell phone plan [Razz]

OMG iPhone!!!!! [Eek!] [Big Grin] [Applause]

I want one so bad but I just got a new plan and I want to keep my number.

Oh well, by the time my renewal comes up they'll have the iPhone with Dolby Digital Surround, 3D video, and 60G storage. And did I mention a laser pointer?

Well...that's way to friggin' expensive. My last phone was a free phone, and I'm on my third year using it. That said, I'm not terribly thrilled with Verizon these days, but I can't quite bear to give up good coverage for toys. That 'phone' costs about as much as my Mac mini! Yowzers!!

It still looks awesome. jung...can I play with it once you've bought yours? [Wink]

David Pogue gets to play with the iPhone, and his take on the keynote further down the page. NYT so registration or bugmenot required.

Hey Snaggy...here's a hint on a birthday present for Nitrozac:

[Wink] [Razz]

It is most conveniently not yet on the market... maybe next year...
