So here I am, sick, feeling gross no matter how many baths/showers I take, and it feels like someone but a plug up my nose. [cry baby]
I couldn't really sleep the last two nights because I felt so bad. I'm going in between feeling really hot and sticky to feeling as if I'm in the artic. [tired]

Tylonel Cold and Sinuz works wonders. Plus it will cut through that fever you have like a .223 through a bunny.

My hippy housemate from last year is a firm believer in avoiding any kind of painkillers when you have a cold. Natural remedies all the way for him... and I have to say, some of them really do work well.

It sounds horrid, but try chewing on some peeled ginger stem for a while. It has an incredibly decongestant effect. Also, some nice home-made chicken broth will make you feel a lot better.

Echinacea tea is also lovely. And plenty of Vitamin C.

Jace is so sweet isn't he?

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

They've been using the surplus Energizer Bunnies for target practice in the USMC I guess.

I don't know what I was thinking... it seemed like a good idea at the time.
