Fsck ray guns. That ^^^^ alone could destroy the world. It must therefore be cast back into the fire from whence it came.

Yeah, yeah, make fun of the South Africans and the Scots, but when you need a diamond, or a haggis, who do you come crawling to?

If you watch 'The History Of NASA' backwards, it's about a space agency that has no manned spaceflight capability, then does low-orbit flights, then lands on the Moon.

I wouldn't buy a diamond from Africa. If I had to buy a diamond, I'd probably be creepy and get it from these people.

I am also absolutely, unequivocally, one hundred bajillionty seven percent certain that I will never need haggis. If I need to nauseate someone, there are many fine options available.

As a steampunk afficionado, I concur. Or just any artificial gem. Of course, if you think nature gets better results than controlled conditions, there are also canadian diamonds!

(The one exception to the lab createt > natural gems are opals. And those happen to be my favourite gem, especially the vividly colored ones. Damn! At least amethyst is a very close second! [Big Grin] )
