1) What is your favorite wine: Malborough (NZ) Sauvignon Blanc

2) Favorite Beer: Rather difficult. Britsh and real. Harviestoun is a wonderful brewery. Deuchars is magic. Cask conditioned old peculier is great. I could go on.

3) Favorite Liquoer: dunno. possibly kahlua

4) Favorite milk: Cow? I normally get semi, and it goes on my muesli.

5) Favorite cheese: Stilton, or a really mature cheddar.

Hmmm.

1) I don't have a favorite, it all depends on the occasion. I like a nice rosé when it's very hot, otherwise I will prefer stronger wines, like a good australian Shiraz.

2) I hardly ever drink beer, and even so, in small quatities. I will prefer berry beers and stout. The former are less acrid, the latters are more honest: they are acrid beginning to end, not just as an aftertaste.

3) I never drink liquor alone, only with cocktails. Again, I prefer fruit based: apricot brandy sour, cosmopolitan, daiquiri, etc.

4) Cow, skim. (Heh! it's the only question I can answer straightforwardly.)

5) Again, it's all about the how and with what, but I am partial to a fine ripened goat cheese. (Those from the Alexis de Portneuf cheesemongery are to die for. [Take a darker, heavy bread; slice. Brush with seasoned olive oil; add a slice of prosciutto or other delicatessen, then a slice of their ripened goat cheese, top with herbs or olive or bits of asparagus, put in oven for a few minutes. Eat, die. [Big Grin] ]) But I also enjoy a good roquefort; or a nice edam; or... Cheese is good; try some!
