If you ever get that to last a whole year, let me know how you managed it.

Mine is to make no new-years resolutions.
Oh shit, I've failed already.

You didn't exactly make it easy on yourself though did you?

/me is going to spend more time at study and less at surf, but I'm not committed enough to quantify more & less!

I don't look at these as "resolutions" so much as I do "plans for this year":

- Get a life outside of my job. I love my work, but geesh!, this is ridiculous...
- Take better care of my body so that I don't someday have to use that tired joke "If I'd known I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself."
- Listen more to others' perspectives, talk less about mine.
- Get serious about finishing at least one of the two novels I started eons ago.
- Face up to certain fears and hang-ups which have been dogging me all my life.

I'll consider 2004 to be a success even if all I do is make a serious attempt at each of these.

1 - Exercise.
2 - Stay alive, and sane if possible.

You'll be among the firsts to know whether I achieve or fail the second one.
