That's full of WIN!
No idea what rubbed them the wrong way about it, but that's gotta either scare or greatly amuse anyone who legitimately accesses that part of Street View. (i.e. is looking for something in the area, not just following a link as above.)

My theory is nothing rubbed anyone the wrong way. They were simply pranking Google and Street View users.
